Shipping Origin

Our products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our warehouse in China via reliable international logistics partners.

We use this US address for customer support, mail forwarding, and returns, while our main operations, team, and product development are based in Lianyungang, Jiangsu, China.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to most addresses in the United States, including the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. overseas territories (such as Puerto Rico) or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Shipping Fees

Orders with a total value of $100 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. For orders below $100 USD, a flat shipping fee of $8 USD will be applied at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time may be longer during peak periods.

Total delivery time from order placement to receipt is typically 8–24 business days.
