Refund Policy

Return Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days after the order has been delivered.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the item arrives with a defect, please contact our customer support team within this period to begin the return process.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within the return period, provided the following conditions are met:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days after delivery
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
- Items are returned in their original condition, unused (where applicable), with all original parts and packaging when possible

Return Instructions

To initiate a return: 

- Contact our support team at service@elunory.com with your order number and the reason for the return. 

- Once your return request is approved, our support team will email you a completed return form and the exact return address.

- Please fill out the return form and place it inside the return package.

 - Securely pack the item in its original condition.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the full return shipping cost. 

We do not provide a prepaid return shipping label. You may use any reliable trackable shipping service (we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking). Please keep the tracking number for your records.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:
- The item has been intentionally damaged, altered, or worn after delivery
- The return is requested more than 30 days after delivery
- The returned item is missing essential parts or the completed return form is not included inside the package

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (including the completed return form):
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method (via PayPal).
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
- The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider (usually 3–10 business days).

- All prices on our website are exclusive of taxes, duties, or import fees.
- Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and potential customs fees on returns.
